Gives about 30 bite size, very sweet tomatoes to the pound, a very prolific cropper – small cherry fruits cover the disease resistant plants. Long trusses are borne on vigorous plants. Indeterminate.

Almost too well known to need an introduction, our love affair with tomatoes has never been stronger. Tomatoes come in all shapes and sizes and there is always a space for a few varieties, whether indoors in the greenhouse, outside in the garden or on the patio. We will sow the seed, nurture the seedlings and pot them on so that you will receive large 9cm potted plants ready for planting into growbags, greenhouse borders, outside or into baskets. You just need to choose which of our tried and tested traditional or disease resistant modern varieties you want and when and we'll do the rest!

Poor Communication Website not current

Plants fine, recovered after arriving out of their pots. What I have issue is with your lack of communication and your website not reflecting current status!
I ordered these EARLY tomatoes and had my ordered confirmed. I then waited and waited. Finally having to email twice which were ignored asking status of my order. Eventually , I telephoned and was then told that you had run out and that they would now be Lates. I don’t necessarily mind that much about lates as hopefully they will catch up , but it is the total lack of communication that makes me frustrated, as if customers don’t matter. Yes you refunded postage but that wasn’t the issue, it was my time constantly checking your website that is not kept current and no apology for me having to waste all of my time. I hate having to complain but I feel that you have let yourselves down and me! I have ordered from you for a number of years but you have lost my trust

Terrible customer service - to a loyal customer

Original order arrived damaged (presumably in transit). DT Brown said they would reissue them to me - nothing arrived and I had to chase and chase. Sent me a different part of the order instead - and that was delivered at 22:30!!! Called them again to tell them not to bother with replacement tomatoes as I was going away on holiday and then they sent them - arrived home to a parcel with dead tomatoes on my doorstep! Have repeatedly emailed customer services asking them to comment, and nothing comes back from them. Have been a customer for years (and spent a lot of money) but have closed my account due to terrible customer service and that they don't appear to care.

I am very disappointed service

My repeat order earlier this year was for 3 x 3 tomato plants and 2 x 3 cucumber

I have had damaged plants in 2 shipments and the non-supply as below.

To add insult to injury you have given a one-off 15% discount code redeemable against your next online order with us. Please note this code will expire 31st August 2024. Yet any decent CRM system would show I only order vegetable plants from you hence I am unable to use your discount. Hence this does not encourage customer loyalty.
