UK Postage Charges
Postage and packing (P&P) is applied in conjunction with the type of product you are ordering (e.g seed postage and packing is less than postage packaging for potatoes). This will be shown in your order before you proceed to order processing. Please refer to this web page or the order form of your latest catalogue for our current Postage and Packing (P&P) charges, we reserve the right to change or amend these at any time.
You will only pay once for delivery, no matter how many different deliveries we make to you. P&P charges are incurred in full against the first item despatched from your order and will only be refunded if the whole order is cancelled or refunded.
We regret that we cannot delay the despatching of your plants to accommodate holidays etc. However, if you think you might be away from home when your plants are due for despatch, please advise us at least 3 weeks beforehand and we can arrange for your order to be sent to a relative or friend/neighbour. We cannot be held responsible for non-collected items from the post office.
We are currently despatching orders within 7-10 working days, seed products within 3-5 working days. Any live products will be despatched at their optimum time for planting, the estimate date will be given upon ordering. Please note, this date is subject to change due to supply, weather and growing conditions.
Seed only orders
Postage & Packing (P&P) on seed only orders is just £2.45.
Non-seed items (i.e. plants, bulbs, potatoes, garlic, onion sets, shallots and garden equipment)
A single £4.95 postage and packaging charge per order no matter how many items are ordered (to one address - UK only).
Orders containing a mix of seed and non-seed items
For orders containing a mix of seed and non-seed items a combined postage charge £7.35 will apply. This is due to the vast majority of live products, hardware and seed items being sent out from separate warehouses and the costs involved.
Overseas Postage Charges
Unfortunately, we can no longer supply any products to Northern Ireland or Europe, including seed and seed potatoes.
