If you place an order online or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processor, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. These details are passed from you via our systems securely via SSL secure sockets layer encryption and/or tokenisation where numbers are replaced with alternative information to protect the actual credit card numbers.

Who has access to your information – Third Parties?
We work with Service providers - such as credit card processors, call center providers, consultants, gardening software providers, digital marketing agencies (utilising Google and Facebook) and catalogue distribution companies, in order to support Greenregis websites and business operations. We contractually require these recipients to only use personal data for the intended purpose of the disclosure and that they destroy or return it when it is no longer needed.
We work with Epsilon Abacus (registered as Epsilon International UK Ltd), a company that manages the Abacus Alliance on behalf of UK retailers and charities. The participating retailers are active in the clothing, collectables, food & wine, gardening, gadgets & entertainment, health & beauty, household goods, home interiors and travel categories. They share information on what their customers buy. Epsilon Abacus analyses this pooled information to help the retailers understand consumers’ wider buying patterns. From this information, retailers can tailor their communications, sending people suitable offers that should be of interest to them, based on what they like to buy.
We want to increase our engagement with you on social media and via Google, giving you a more personalised shopping experience. In turn, you may see product advertisements, along with gardening content, such as hints and tips from us on some social media platforms and Google. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. We do not currently undertake phone or text marketing. Where we do ask for your phone number is for order support to notify/contact you about delivery dates and times.
