Greek Olympus is slower to bolt than many traditional varieties and can be ready to harvest in as little as three weeks. Grow it throughout the year on moist kitchen roll or a shallow layer of compost, or sow outdoors from spring to autumn. The spicy leaves add a lively finishing touch to salads, sandwiches and garnishes.

GROW INDOORS throughout the year by sprinkling the seed onto moist kitchen roll or a thin layer of compost. Keep consistently moist and do not allow it to dry out. SOW OUTDOORS March-October, directly into well-prepared, pre-watered soil, 1.5cm/half-in deep in rows 15cm/6in apart. Make regular sowings for a continuous supply. Cut the young leaves with scissors when approximately 5cm/2in tall.
