Outdoor sowing: Sow March-August thinly in rows 25cm apart in a prepared bed or large pots. Cover lightly with fine soil and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 7-14 days. Sow every 2-3 weeks for continuous crops. Leave unthinned for baby leaves or thin mature plants to 20cm apart. Keep plants well watered at all times. Harvest April-November by picking leaves regularly or cutting whole mature plants.
