Turnip (Salad) Sweetbell F1 Seeds SC9-303

Grow sweet, crisp salad turnips with DT Brown’s Sweetbell F1 seeds. These fast-growing roots are resistant to pithiness and cracking, producing firm, cream-coloured bulbs around 6–8cm in diameter. Ideal for eating raw in salads or lightly cooked in stir-fries, they deliver excellent flavour with no bitter aftertaste. Sow outdoors from late March to August in a prepared seed bed, thinning seedlings to 15cm apart and keeping well-watered during dry spells. Harvest from June through October, picking regularly while the roots are young and tender. DT Brown seeds ensure high-quality, tried-and-tested varieties to bring fresh, home-grown ingredients straight from your garden to your plate.
