Tulip Lily Flowered Bulb Collection brings together three outstanding lily-flowered tulips selected for their reliable garden performance, distinctive flower shapes and exceptional value as cut flowers. Combining vibrant orange, rich purple and striking red-and-white blooms, this collection creates a succession of elegant spring colour in borders, containers and cutting gardens.
The collection includes:
• Tulip Ballerina Bulbs – A highly regarded lily-flowered tulip producing vibrant orange blooms with a light fragrance, bringing warmth and colour to spring planting schemes.
• Tulip Purple Dream Flower Bulbs – Tall, graceful flowers in rich purple shades with a contrasting white eye, adding height, structure and refinement to borders and floral arrangements.
• Tulip Marilyn Bulbs – Distinctive cherry-red and white blooms carried on sturdy stems, providing strong contrast and outstanding garden presence.
The elegant lily-flowered form is characterised by slender, pointed petals that flare gently outwards, creating a refined appearance that stands apart from traditional tulips. Their strong stems and lasting blooms make them particularly valuable for cutting, while group planting creates impressive displays in the spring garden.
Plant from October to December in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Reaching approximately 45–50cm in height, these tulips perform reliably in borders and patio containers, producing weeks of colour and excellent vase life.
