Tulip Antraciet Bulbs make an immediate impact with large, fully double blooms in rich magenta-crimson tones. The densely layered petals give each flower a sumptuous peony-like appearance, perfect for adding depth to spring planting.

Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 45cm (18in) and flower from April to May. They combine beautifully with pink, orange and other complementary shades and are also excellent for cutting. Plant from October to December in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.

Bulb size: 12+
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12+ bulb measures at least 12cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
