Tougher Cuts Set

Tougher Cuts Set brings together two practical tools for tackling more demanding pruning jobs and keeping cutting blades in good condition. Whether you're cutting back woody stems, maintaining established fruit bushes or preparing your garden for the next growing season, this useful combination helps make tougher tasks more manageable. With powerful compound-action cutting and a fine diamond sharpener for blade maintenance, it's a valuable addition to your gardening toolkit.

This set includes one of each:

• Darlac Compact Compound Action Anvil Lopper – Designed for cutting thicker, harder wood, with a double compound action that helps deliver clean cuts with less effort. Lightweight aluminium oval-profile handles provide strength, while comfortable rubber grips offer control during use. With a cutting capacity of up to 35mm, it's ideal for tackling tougher pruning jobs around the garden.
• Darlac Diamond Sharpener Fine Grade – A narrow, flat file coated with fine diamond chips, suitable for sharpening loppers, secateurs, knives and other fine cutting blades. Its slim shape provides access to straight and curved blades, helping maintain sharp cutting edges. For best results, sharpen carefully and regularly rather than allowing blades to become excessively blunt.

Ideal for seasonal pruning and maintaining established growing areas, this combination helps you tackle thicker woody growth while keeping your cutting equipment ready for the next job. A practical choice for gardeners who value dependable tools and straightforward maintenance.
