Sow indoors March-April, thinly, 1.5cm/half-inch deep, temperature 60-65°F/16-18°C. Transplant at 2-4 leaf stage to individual pots. Harden off May-June. Rows 60-90cm/2-3ft apart. Keep well watered and once the first trusses have set, feed regularly. Do not pinch out side roots. For the best flavour leave fruit on plant until fully ripe. Harvest August-September.
