Strawberry Summer Breeze Rose Fruit Plants

Strawberry Summer Breeze Rose F1 pairs richly coloured, rose-pink semi-double flowers with the pleasure of harvesting your own strawberries. Its compact, gently trailing growth creates a colourful edible feature for hanging baskets and patio pots, especially where growing space is limited.

On arrival, pot on young plants into fertile, well-drained compost and keep them somewhere bright and frost-free until they are established. Harden them off gradually before moving outdoors to a sunny, sheltered position. Keep the compost evenly moist, feed during flowering and fruiting, and harvest the berries when fully ripe. Remove surplus runners if you want to maintain a tidy container display.

About Our Young Plants

Our young plants are supplied as strong, well-rooted plants grown in individual large plug cells, measuring approximately 6–12cm from the plug base to the plant tip. Where appropriate, stems may have been pinched to encourage a fuller, bushier habit and stronger growth. On arrival, pot them into 6–7cm pots to grow on, or, if conditions allow, plant them directly into baskets and containers. Keep in a warm, bright, frost-free position until established, then gradually harden off before planting outdoors. A full growing guide is included.
