Raspberry Octavia Fruit Plants (Floricane)

Product Description
Raspberry Octavia Fruit Plants (Floricane)
Bred by East Malling Research, Raspberry Octavia is a late season floricane variety celebrated for its high yields and large, flavoursome berries, ready for picking from early August. The plant has a strong, vigorous habit with leafy, slightly thorny laterals and crops well down to the base of the cane, ensuring plenty of sweet, juicy fruits. The berries are delightful eaten fresh, but also store well, and Octavia is exceptionally winter hardy, surviving temperatures as low as -30°C.
Our specially selected canes are propagated from disease-free certified stock, ensuring well-developed root systems for strong establishment and excellent yield. Floricane varieties fruit on canes produced in the previous year, while Primocane varieties produce fruits on current season growth. Delivered as bare root canes.
