Pepper Hamik Seeds produce compact, highly productive plants that bear deliciously sweet orange peppers with few seeds. This variety is a favourite for home-grown kitchens, perfect for adding vibrant colour and flavour to your dishes.

Sow indoors from February to April, placing seeds thinly 0.5cm (quarter-inch) deep in pots of compost. Maintain a temperature of 20–25°C (68–75°F) until seedlings emerge, then grow on at 15–18°C (60–65°F). Transplant seedlings 5cm (2in) tall into individual 7.5cm (3in) pots and later into patio pots, grow bags, or greenhouse borders. For outdoor crops, harden off in June and plant in a sunny, sheltered location. Feed regularly once fruits begin to set to maximise yield.

Harvest from July to October and enjoy sweet, home-grown peppers ideal for fresh eating, roasting, or adding to a variety of recipes.
