This super value Pea plant collection consists of 18 multi-sown plug plugs, 6 each of:
Kelvedon Wonder (First Early). This great favourite reliably gives a good crop of well filled pods and peas of fine flavour. Plants are dwarf, making this an excellent choice for smaller gardens or for those wanting to grow in containers.
Jaguar (Second Early) British-bred and most reliable in UK conditions. Its pods, which are produced in pairs, each hold up to nine delicious peas. The plants are resistant to several common diseases, ensuring they remain healthy throughout their life.
Hurst Green Shaft (Maincrop) Produces masses of long, pointed pods, which are presented in pairs, each hold about 10 delicious peas. Resistant to disease and capable of long cropping, this high yielder will win you prizes.
Vegetable plants are the perfect choice if you do not have the time or the facilities for raising your own vegetable plants from seed. They are also useful for replacing plants lost to the weather or pests and diseases. Grown by experienced nurserymen at the right time for growing in their final position on your plot. Hand graded and packed, they are sent directly from the nursery and fully hardened off before despatch. All varieties are supplied with easy to follow growing hints and instructions.<
