Lettuce Webbs Wonderful Seeds are a traditional iceberg type lettuce producing large, crisp and crunchy hearts with excellent texture and flavour. Slow to bolt in both dry and wet summer conditions, this dependable variety is ideal for continuous sowings through the season. Easy to grow in beds, containers or allotments, it provides fresh home-grown salad ingredients over many months.

Outdoor sowing: Sow March-July thinly in rows 30cm apart in a prepared seed bed. Cover lightly with fine soil and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 7-14 days. Sow every 2-3 weeks for continuous crops. Thin seedlings to 20cm apart and keep watered and weed free. Harvest May-October.
