Herbs delivery

I am a huge fan of D T Brown and their products... BUT ... I've found that sometimes their packing and transit arrangements are not good for the plants. A recent delivery of 4 oregano plants is a case in point: they were at the bottom of a box filled with other herbs and were so squashed that one of them looked very sick and I didn't think it would survive. Unfortunately I've been proved right, but at least I have the other 3. They use Yodel, unfortunately, who delivered the box of plants lying on its side, even though it was very clearly marked with an arrow pointing upwards and saying "THIS WAY UP". As a result, the compost had fallen out of many of the little plant pots and, as I say, one of the oregano plants was too sick to survive. It's such a pity because D T Brown a good company. But I'll think twice before ordering from them again.
