Haidegg Elderberry 2ltr Potted Plant is an Austrian variety renowned for its richly flavoured berries and generous crops. Large umbels of white flowers appear in late spring, perfect for making elderflower cordial, followed by dark blue berries in late summer that are ideal for syrups, wines, or preserves. The foliage shifts from light green to golden yellow and orange in autumn, adding ornamental value to the garden. Naturally capable of reaching up to 6m, it responds well to hard pruning in late winter or early spring, which helps keep it compact and makes harvesting easier. Thrives in sunny spots and slightly acidic to neutral soils.
