Gladiolus Rose Supreme A useful cut-flower gladiolus producing upright spikes of ruffled rose-pink blooms with creamy centres. The strong contrast within each flower gives added definition in the border, while the tall stems provide height and structure in summer planting schemes.

Plant corms 10–15cm deep and around 10–15cm apart in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, once spring conditions have warmed. Plant successive small groups at intervals to extend the cutting period through summer. Water during dry spells and stake stems where necessary. Cut spikes when the lowest buds begin to open, leaving foliage to feed the corm. In areas prone to winter frost or waterlogging, lift the corms after the leaves die back and store dry and frost-free.

About our bulbs: We work closely with our growers to select quality, top-sized bulbs for British gardens. Our range is trialled and tested at our Suffolk trials ground or by the growers we work with, helping you plant with confidence.
