Fritillaria meleagris Alba Flower Bulbs are the elegant white form of snakeshead fritillary, producing nodding bell-shaped blooms softly chequered with pale green. Their delicate appearance suits informal and naturalistic spring planting beautifully.

Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 20cm and flower from April to May. They are ideal for the front of borders, containers, meadow-style grass and woodland edges, and are also suitable for cutting. Plant from September to October in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.

Bulb size: 7/8
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 7/8 bulb measures approximately 7-8cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
