Crocus Large Flowered Bulbs provide a vivid mix of large spring flowers in a broad range of colours, bringing welcome brightness from late winter into early spring. Planted in generous drifts, they create a particularly effective display beneath shrubs, through lawns and at border fronts.

Supplied as a pack of 50 corms, plants reach around 15cm (6in) and flower from January to March. They are also ideal for rockeries and containers and provide valuable early forage for pollinators. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.

Bulb size: 8/9
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. An 8/9 bulb measures approximately 8-9cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.

We work very closely with our growers to ensure we offer the very best, top sized bulbs which will provide you with a glorious autumn show. All of the bulbs we offer have been trialled and tested, either on our own trials ground, here in Suffolk, or on those of our growers, who we work with to ensure we offer the best range for British gardens.
