Outdoor sowing: Sow May-September thinly in rows 40cm apart in a prepared seed bed. Cover with fine soil and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 14-21 days. Sow every 2-3 weeks for continuous harvests. Leave unthinned for baby leaves or thin to 25cm apart for mature plants. Keep watered and weed free. Harvest July-November. Cut baby leaves from 5cm high for repeat harvests or harvest whole mature heads.
