Where In pots of moist compost.
How Sow thinly, cover lightly with compost. Cover with clear glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at 15-20°C. and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-28 days.
Care Remove cover when seedlings appear. Thin plants if necessary. To grow outdoors, gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts), plant out 20cm apart. To grow indoors, transplant to 15cm pots of compost, place in a light airy location.
Harvest Outdoor crops from June, indoor crops all year round.
