Blueberry Pink Lemonade puts a colourful twist on the kitchen-garden blueberry crop. The berries develop from pale green through a pink flush to deep pink when ripe, with a mild, sweet flavour and firm texture that makes them especially appealing for fresh desserts, breakfasts and colourful summer dishes.

This vigorous, upright deciduous shrub grows to around 1.5m and provides further seasonal interest when its foliage turns orange-red in autumn. Like all blueberries, it needs acidic, moisture-retentive but well-drained conditions. Grow in full sun or partial shade, or plant in a large container of ericaceous compost.

Supplied as an established 2 litre potted plant for an unusual and productive addition to the fruit garden.
