Autumn Broad Bean & Pea Seed Collection brings together two tried-and-tested varieties for an early taste of the new season. Pea Douce Provence is a compact, hardy favourite producing sweet, succulent peas, while Broad Bean Superaguadulce is a reliable autumn-sowing variety with well-filled pods and excellent flavour. Sowing in autumn gives plants a head start, rewarding you with delicious home-grown peas and broad beans from late spring. Contains 1 packet each of Pea Douce Provence and Broad Bean Superaguadulce.

Sow outdoors October-November directly into well-prepared soil while conditions remain suitable. Alternatively sow into deep pots or root trainers in a cold greenhouse and plant outdoors once young plants are established. Protect seedlings from slugs and use fleece during severe weather in cold or exposed gardens. Pea Douce Provence is compact and generally needs little support, while Broad Bean Superaguadulce may benefit from support in exposed positions. Harvest from May onwards.
