Asparagus Backlim is a very reliable, late-season variety of asparagus planting crown to grow. Producing straight, fine spears with a firm tip, they're an especially tasty variety and are a 100% male hybrid for increased yield. They are particularly hardy vegetable plants, being resistant to pink discolouration, hollowness and rust. In addition, they are suitable for forcing for earlier harvesting.
