Though not as cold-hardy as our vegetables to plant in winter, our vegetables to plant in spring are slightly frost-resistant and, therefore, suitable for springtime temperatures. However, it’s best to wait until you’re confident that an overnight frost won’t harm your plants before planting. If in doubt, grow your plants under garden cloches or cold frames to keep them protected.
