An outstanding green celery which produces thick, succulent, pale green stems of medium length and good flavour. The vigorous plants are high yielding and slow to bolt.

Botanical Name: Apium graveolens
Genus: Celery
Sow Indoors : February-April in trays of compost, 0.5cm/quarter-inch deep, temperature of 60°F/15°C. Transplant when large enough to handle spacing 7.5cm/3in apart. Harden off/plant out late May, spacings of 23cm/9in apart in block formation which helps blanching. Harvest : August-October.
