An exciting introduction for both the plot and the kitchen. Green Knight F1 produces high yields of long, smooth skinned fruit, the ideal shape and colour for using in authentic Asian dishes. Plants are relatively compact and show good resistance to disease, to give high quality crops of eye-catching fruits which can reach 17cm/6.5in in length. The fruits are extremely versatile in the kitchen where the mildly sweet flesh lends itself well to roasting, sautéing or baking. Well worth a try!
