For seed-only orders, the postage and packaging charge is £2.95.

If you order non-seed items, including plants, bulbs, potatoes, garlic, onions, shallots and gardening equipment, a postage and packaging charge of £6.95 will be added to your order, no matter how many items are ordered.

For combined orders containing seeds and non-seed items, a delivery charge of £7.95 will be applied. As these products may be sent from different locations in the UK, your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

We're sorry to say that we're currently unable to deliver any of our products to addresses outside UK mainland. This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and all destinations in Europe. This restriction applies to our full range.

Postage and packaging (P&P) is calculated according to the type of products you are ordering. For example, seed-only orders have a lower charge than orders containing non-seed products. The applicable charge will be shown before you proceed to checkout. Please refer to this page or the order form in your latest catalogue for our current P&P charges. We reserve the right to change or amend these charges at any time.

You will only pay the applicable delivery charge once per order, no matter how many separate deliveries we make to fulfil that order. If you place another order at a later date, the relevant delivery charge will apply to that new order. P&P charges are applied in full against the first item despatched from your order and will only be refunded if the whole order is cancelled or refunded.

We regret that we cannot delay the despatch of your plants to accommodate holidays. However, if you think you may be away from home when your plants are due for despatch, please advise us at least three weeks beforehand and we can arrange for your order to be sent to a relative, friend or neighbour. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not collected from the post office.

We are currently despatching orders within 7–10 working days and seed products within 3–5 working days. Live products will be despatched at the optimum time for planting, and an estimated date will be provided when ordering. Please note that this date is subject to change due to supply, weather and growing conditions.

Please note: Royal Mail is currently experiencing intermittent delays. Please allow 7–10 days from the date of despatch for your items to arrive.
