Enjoy the fresh, sweet flavour of home-grown pea shoots throughout the year. Specially selected for producing tender shoots and curling tendrils, this quick-growing variety is ideal for salads, sandwiches, garnishes and stir-fries. Sow little and often in trays on a bright windowsill for a continuous supply of crisp, nutritious young shoots.

SOW INDOORS throughout the year. Soak the seeds in water for 8-12 hours, then sow thickly in trays of moist compost and cover with approximately 1cm/half-in of compost. Place in a bright position and keep evenly moist. Harvest the tender shoots with scissors when they reach approximately 8-15cm/3-6in tall, usually 10-14 days after sowing. Sow small batches regularly for a continuous supply.
