Plant Height: 180cm/72in

Depth 2in/5cm. Scatter thinly so that seeds are approximately 3in/7.5cm apart over length and width of trench. Fill in and firm down lightly. Protect from birds during early stages of growth. Support: using canes or twigs. Harvest 13 to 14 weeks after sowing. For the best flavour pick peas just before they are needed. Harvest regularly. For bumper crops, dig in plenty of well to rotted compost before sowing or feed with general purpose fertiliser. Keep down weeds and water well in dry periods. Suitable for freezing.
