Previously known as Hi 08 527, Matrix is a first-rate, winter-hardy bunching onion with strong, upright stems and very little bulbing. Its crisp, mild stems bring welcome freshness and flavour to salads, stir-fries and garnishes, while resistance to bolting and fusarium supports reliable crops over a long harvest period.
