Nicotiana Lime Green produces masses of distinctive lime-green flowers that open fully during the afternoon and release a wonderful fragrance well into the evening. The fresh colouring works beautifully among brighter summer flowers and the tall, upright stems add height to borders and cut flower displays. Plant near paths or seating areas where you can enjoy the evening scent at its best.

Position: Partial Shade
Sow indoors February-April at 15-20°C. Press the seed gently into the surface of moist seed compost without covering. Cover with clear plastic or glass until seedlings emerge, then remove. Prick out at the 2-4 leaf stage, harden off and plant outdoors from late May after the risk of frost, spacing 25-30cm apart. Caution: harmful if eaten and may irritate skin. Flowers June-October.
