Lobelia White Perfection produces masses of delicate pure white flowers on compact, spreading plants. Perfect for edging borders, brightening patio pots, window boxes and hanging baskets, it provides a fresh contrast to more brightly coloured summer bedding. As with other white lobelias, a small proportion of plants may produce blue flowers.

Sow indoors January-March, thinly on the surface of moist seed compost at 15-20°C. Press the seed gently onto the surface without covering, as light aids germination. Germination usually takes 7-14 days. Prick out seedlings in small clumps, harden off and plant outdoors from late May after the risk of frost, spacing around 10-15cm apart. Keep moist throughout the growing season. A small percentage of blue-flowered plants may occur. Flowers June-October.
