Lobelia Rosamund produces masses of rich carmine flowers, each highlighted by a distinctive white eye. The compact, trailing plants are ideal for edging borders, filling patio containers, window boxes and hanging baskets, where they provide vivid colour throughout summer. Keep plants moist and they will continue flowering well into autumn.

Position: Full Sun and Partial Shade
Sow indoors January-March, thinly on the surface of moist seed compost at 15-20°C. Press the seed gently onto the surface without covering, as light aids germination. Germination usually takes 7-14 days. Prick out seedlings in small clumps, harden off and plant outdoors from late May after the risk of frost, spacing around 10-15cm apart. Keep moist throughout the growing season. Flowers June-October.
