Enjoy the rich, traditional flavour of Cavolo Nero with the uniformity and vigour of a modern F1 hybrid. Raven F1 forms neat rosettes of long, dark and finely textured leaves that are easy to harvest and ideal for bunching. Its strong plant structure provides excellent resistance to lodging and wind damage, while good cold and bolt tolerance helps deliver reliable crops. Pick the tender young leaves or allow plants to mature for hearty autumn and winter dishes.
