Forsythia Intermedia Weekend Flower Plants provide outstanding early-season colour with masses of brilliant golden yellow flowers carried along upright stems from March to April. Flowering before the foliage appears, this hardy deciduous shrub creates an impressive spring display while offering valuable nectar for bees and other early pollinators.

Fresh green leaves emerge after flowering before developing attractive golden autumn tones later in the year, extending seasonal interest well beyond spring. Growing to around 250cm in height and spread, it is perfectly suited to borders, cottage gardens and patio containers, bringing dependable structure and colour to the garden. Plant in a sunny position for the best results.
