Dating back to 1893, this heirloom variety was introduced by an American seed company after being sent seeds by a customer. It produces a prolific amount of delightful, creamy white fruits up to 20cm/8in long, with a sweet, citrus flavour and crisp crunch– the perfect addition to a glass of gin and tonic! It’ll crop well outside, even in very hot conditions and is ideal for pickling, which is lucky as you’ll be harvesting huge amounts of these tasty cues.
