Cleome Colour Fountain Mixed is a striking, architectural annual producing large, airy flower heads in shades of pink, rose, lilac and white. The lightly scented blooms are carried on tall, branching, slightly spiny stems that add height and movement to sunny borders. The unusual flowers are excellent for cutting and provide a long summer display that is also attractive to visiting pollinators.

Sow indoors February-March in trays of moist seed compost at around 18°C. Cover lightly and transplant seedlings into further pots or trays when large enough to handle. Harden off carefully and plant outdoors from late May after the risk of frost, spacing around 45cm apart. Grow in a warm, sunny position and remove faded flower heads regularly to prolong the display. Flowers July-October.
