Cerinthe Major Purpurascens, also known as honeywort, is remarkably easy to grow yet produces an unusual and eye-catching display. Rich blue-purple bracts surround deep purple flowers above attractive foliage, bringing distinctive colour and structure to sunny borders. The stems are also excellent for cutting, while established plants may gently self-seed to return in future seasons.
