Parcel is a vigorous leaf celery with flat foliage resembling parsley and a distinctive, concentrated celery flavour. Pick the aromatic leaves regularly to bring home-grown freshness to soups, casseroles, stocks, salads and savoury dishes. It is an easy and space-saving way to keep this useful kitchen flavour close at hand.

Position: Full Sun and Partial Shade
Sow indoors from March to April in pots or trays of moist seed compost, covering the fine seed very lightly. Harden off from May and transplant 25cm apart. Alternatively, sow outdoors from April to June, 1.5cm deep in rows 25-30cm apart, thinning seedlings to 25cm apart. Keep well watered and weed free, then pick leaves regularly from June to October to encourage fresh growth.
