SOW INDOORS February-April, on the surface of moist seed compost. Cover very lightly with compost or vermiculite and keep at 20-25°C/68-77°F. Harden off, then plant outside after the risk of frost has passed, spacing plants approximately 35cm/14in apart. Choose a sunny position with well-drained soil.
