Product Description

Our brand new Aubergine Collection, bringing great taste and great colour to your garden and kitchen. Mix of Colours, shapes and sizes all suitable for container growing in a sunny, sheletered spot. ROSA BIANCA: What a beauty. Rosa bianca is an heirloom variety prized by gardeners and chef's alike for its marbled pink-purple coloration and mild flavoured, creamy flesh. The attractive, spherical fruits are ready for harvest at approx 12cm/5in in diameter and are remarkably bitter-free, making them ideal for grilling and barbequing. WHITE KNIGHT: An unusual Aubergine variety producing delicious, porcelain white fruits. Very practical, medium-sized slender fruits up to 18cm(7in) long. Plants have good disease resistance and are compact. MONEYMAKER: A classic deep purple aubergine variety that crops more reliably outdoors than most. Early to crop and high yielding - just the job for making a perfect moussaka.
