Squash Mashed Potato Seeds

Sow Indoors : March-May, singly on edge in pots, 1.5cm/half-inch deep. Keep at 15-20°C/60-68°F. Harden off late May. Plant out June.

Sow Outdoors : May, two seeds per station on edge. Thin out To the strongest seedling when plants are large enough to handle. Spacings of 90cm/3ft between plants.

Tips : Keep well watered. Pinch out growing tips when 5-6 fruits have set.

Harvest : September - November.
