If you have placed an order online previously, you will have access to an account management area. Within the "My Account" section you can amend and details including your billing and delivery addresses, account email address or password. You can also view current and past orders placed online.
Changing Your Account Password

Changing Your Account Email Address
To change your account email address, please go to the "My Account" section. Within the front page of this section, you will find a link to follow to change your account email address.
After clicking on this link, you'll be presented with an address change form. Enter your new email address and current account password in this form, then click on "Change Email Address".
After successfully submitting the form, a pop-up will appear confirming your changes. Please remember to use the new email address the next time you log in to your account on our website.
Changing Your Default Addresses
To change your account email address, please go to the "My Account" section. Within the front page of this section, you will find a link to follow to amend your address details.
After following this link, you will be able to access any stored addresses on your account. From here you can edit or delete existing details or add a new address.
Please ensure that the billing address must match the one held on record with your debit or credit card issuer. If this is not the case, any orders placed are likely to fail payment security checks. If you're unable to accept delivery at your billing address, an alternative delivery address can be specified by default within your account, or during the checkout process.
After clicking on the "Add" button either the billing or shipping address, you'll be presented with a form where you can select an existing address already stored in your account, or enter a new one. If entering a new address, we recommend using the postcode lookup function, which ensures that the address entered matches the postal address file database.
