Lettuce Mazur Seeds

We received such overwhelming, positive feedback about this variety from our trial last season that putting it in the range was a ‘no brainer’! A big ‘Thank You’ to all our customers who got in touch and gave us their views, we’re sure this will be a popular variety for many years to come.

Lettuce Mazur is a loose leaf (non-hearting), green “frisee” type with crisp, sweet and well textured leaves. It is a very attractive variety with an excellent shelf life once harvested and good resistance to tipburn and the downy mildew races. Stands incredibly well and does not run to seeds, growing in to huge dimensions with no special attention.
