Cucumber (Indoor) Prolific Seeds

Sow Indoors : February-May, 1.5cm/half-inch deep, in small pots of compost. Sow one seed, edge down, per pot. Keep at 20-25°C/68-75°F. When seedlings emerge, grow on at 15-18°C/60-65°F. Transplant at 3-4 leaf stage to individual 12.5cm/5in pots. Plant out after 3-4 weeks to grow bags or a greenhouse border, spacing 45cm/18in apart. Train up wires as they grow and remove growing point at roof level.

Tips : Keep greenhouse moist. Feed regularly when fruit sets and keep well watered.

Harvest : June-October. Fruit will store for months in a cool, dry location.
