Sow indoors March to mid-May, 1.5cm/half-inch deep, temperature of 68-78?F/20-25?C. Harden off April to early May, 90cm/3ft between plants. Sow outdoors in May. Place seeds on edge to help prevent rotting. Keep plants well watered. Pick regularly to encourage a continuous crop. July - October, when fruits are approx. 10-15cm/4-6in long.
