Purple Sage - Strong, aromatic flavour, perfect for pork and poultry. Throw a handful of sage leaves on hot coals when grilling so they impart more flavour.
French Tarragon - A delicious herb and great paired with chicken and fish. Also add a few sprigs to flavour vinegar to make a superb salad dressing.
Oregano Hot and Spicy - This is an absolute favourite of ours, a traditional Oregano flavour coupled with a slightly spicy kick. Perfect for adding to meats on the BBQ, fajitas or homemade pizzas.
