We love our asparagus at D.T. Brown and think even a small bed is so worthwhile. That fresh spring taste is something to look forward to every year - a real luxury and gourmet delight that we can all afford. We're constantly looking for new and improved varieties from northern Europe that will work well in the UK and we are delighted to bring you this selection from the renowned Darbonne company in France.

This main season variety is extremely high yielding and has outperformed all of the Dutch hybrids in trials. It produces heavy, chunky spears with a good tender "stringless" texture and a great taste. A very strong performer.
